Welcome to the lab Rewards loyalty program. By registering for, accessing, or using lab Rewards, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before participating in the program.
1. Program Overview
lab Rewards is a free loyalty program operated by lab ("we", "us", "our"). The program allows registered members ("Members") to earn points on qualifying purchases at participating locations and redeem those points for rewards, discounts, and other benefits.
2. Membership & Eligibility
- Membership is free and open to individuals aged 16 years or older.
- Each person may hold only one lab Rewards account. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date.
- Your lab Rewards card and account are non-transferable and for personal use only.
3. Earning Points
- Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases at participating locations.
- Bonus points may be offered on select products, during promotional periods, or through partner offers at our discretion.
- Points are not earned on the following: gift cards, lottery tickets, tobacco products, alcohol (where prohibited by law), postage, and third-party services.
- You must present your lab Rewards card, app, or linked phone number at the time of purchase to earn points. Points cannot be added retroactively after 14 days.
- Points will appear in your account within 48 hours of a qualifying transaction.
4. Redeeming Points
- Points may be redeemed for discounts at checkout, free products, digital coupons, or gift cards as available.
- The standard redemption rate is 100 points = $1 in value, unless otherwise specified in a promotion.
- A minimum balance may be required for certain redemption options.
- Redeemed points cannot be returned, refunded, or reinstated, except in cases of product returns where the original transaction is reversed.
5. Points Expiration
- Points remain valid as long as your account has at least one qualifying transaction within any rolling 12-month period.
- If no qualifying transaction is recorded for 18 consecutive months, all accumulated points will expire and cannot be recovered.
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before your points expire via email or app notification.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your lab Rewards account and forfeit any accumulated points if:
- You violate these Terms of Service.
- You engage in fraudulent activity, abuse, or manipulation of the program.
- You provide false or misleading information.
- Your account has been inactive for 36 consecutive months.
You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any unredeemed points will be forfeited upon account closure.
7. Program Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the lab Rewards program at any time, including but not limited to: point earning rates, redemption values, rewards availability, and membership tiers. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email, our website, or the lab Rewards app.
8. Limitation of Liability
- lab Rewards points have no cash value and are not the property of the Member.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of or inability to use the program, system outages, or errors in point balances.
- Our total liability in connection with the program shall not exceed the value of points in your account at the time of the claim.
9. Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from lab Rewards, you agree that lab may send SMS or MMS messages to that number. These messages may include account updates, reward balance notices, verification or security codes, customer support messages, offers, coupons, promotions, event notices, and other loyalty program information.
- Message frequency varies based on your account activity, preferences, and available promotions.
- Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase or membership in lab Rewards.
- You can opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you may receive a confirmation message. Where supported, you may reply START to resume messages.

- If you opt out, we may still send non-marketing messages where permitted by law, such as security, account, transaction, or service-related messages.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your use of text messaging is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use mobile phone numbers and messaging-related information.
10. Privacy
Your participation in lab Rewards is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the program, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the lab Rewards program shall first be addressed by contacting our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable local laws.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lab is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
